<"jerkoff" ... is a conscious effort to pressure ZE.

"Pressure ZE" has to be more than an expensive sport; it has to make money for the shorts.
Short selling, by nature, has to be short term, because you're paying 10% interest
on your short position. Is that not so?

What is the incentive to not cover?
The scare tactics must either be a coverup for a gradual short covering,
and, if that is the case, it should be verifiable from recent short interest charts,
or, the shorts sincerely expect horrible news from Zenith.

What is your explanation?
