The other thing is, if it is a relatively small deal and you're not doing what they think you should be doing, they can sue you with their salaried lawyers and say you're mis-reporting, forcing you to spend all kinds of money on attorneys, travel, depositions, documentation, and then force you to essentially buy yourself out of the license. It's a nasty business in the industrial world.
