WarpedRat is a dummy and a Climate bot. Like most greenies, he fails to differentiate between weather and climate. Weather can be rough at times, like this latest flood. Always has been, always will be.. I do feel sorry for the folks in BC, though. It will take them a long time to recover from this flood. Roads and bridges washed away. A couple of WA counties up near the border got hit pretty hard as well..
