In retrospect, we have not learned how to control nature and our "ability to control ourselves" seems to have regressed.


So this brought to my mind another quote that I just looked up because I wanted to give it proper attribution. This is really weird. It references Al Gore and the Big Short - stuff we've already mentioned in this thread. I'm telling you... It's winking at us.

I did not know about Ted Williams head. I happen to have a Ted Williams (Sears) boat and old outboard that I inherited. Kind of creeped out about it now.
