Hi,

Your experience is very similar to mine. I had a lot trouble
with Aetna in 1996. They almost always delay the bill,
particularly those from Labs. Once, I was almost put on
the collection for a $90 bill overdue about 8 months.
Aenta used to be very good (eg, 1988-92). Oxford seems to
be the best. Since I do'nt live in the NY state and NY doctors
are complaining, I would like to hear the comments from
NY Oxford users. Thanks
