That would interrupt their pipeline of various types of kickbacks.

I'm fully convinced that part of the passing of the build back better bill (B4 for short) is the amount of money that will eventually be funneled back into their pockets.

I'm also wondering if some or all of this might be due to panic on their part resulting in a scramble to get as much of this kind of thing in place before they lose power (and office) in 2022-2024.
