Interesting that this inflation is willingly accepted - and, I’d say, encouraged - by the government. Normally, they would try to deny it, or at least talk it down -- but not this time. So, I suspect that the author's thesis that it is planned - and wanted by the government - may be correct.

At the core of every inflationary situation are expectations - that things will keep getting worse, to the point of an economic collapse. What’s the best hedge for inflation? Working for the government. They’ll take care of their own.

So, if you’re trying to restart your business which was damaged by CoViD “measures” - walk away. Abandon it. Nothing will come out of it. Follow the inflationary propaganda. Pay a bribe if you must - but get a government job.

Here’s a story - read it in a tweet a day or two back - by a fellow whose family is in the meat processing business. Those businesses cannot operate without regular USDA inspections. For some time now, they had slowdowns and problems due to a shortage of inspectors. And now - the USDA may fire thousands of them, because they refuse CoViD shots.

The government - covertly but effectively - is working to make problems worse.
