I read a fair amount of 10Q's. I have never read one that stated the date they would cease to be an ongoing concern if they didn't sell their single product.. I usually don't bet on all or nothing companies. But, for small companies with limited products and no revenue I guess you're right it is standard fair. Regards, Scott If you come across more 10Q's that read like CCSI's email them to me. I will short with impunity.
