I think the circumstances were that he was chased with weapons and a shot was fired, then he turned around and the guys that were murdered by him were pointing guns at him. Only then he drew his weapon and shot.
2-nd amendment guys. I am not familiar with this case, just read it briefly. You want people getting acquitted for self defense. When threatened with a gun, using a gun to kill is justified use of deadly force under the second Amendment. Who used the gun first is a crucial fact of the case. Way too many people go to prison for life or face death penalty for self defense, pretty much guaranteed that if you shoot someone in self defense in any state other than Texas you go to prison for life or worse. Even during a home invasion. Lots of cases when this happened, yet gun enthusiasts falsely believe they have the right to use the gun in self defense.

You do have the right in USA to shoot a guy pointing a loaded gun at you, unless that guy wears a police uniform. Then it’s aggravated cop murder -ggg-
