re VTRS - well the reason are restructuring charges. Those are credible since the company just did a huge merger and combined operations between the old Upjohn and Mylan.

The important thing is that the company generated FCF - about $2.5B. if they can do so in the future and even better if they grow it, the stock is substantially undervalued.
