Hey, I'm no lawyer. Personally, I don't like dealing with them because no matter what scenario is under scrutiny, there will always be minutia to argue or defend. I find it exhausting. Bottom line, allowing children to walk around in public with loaded assault weapons is the definition of recklessness and will never end well. The outcome of his case or what he was charged with notwithstanding.......
