The "miracle" of high doses of D... is likely to occur as a benefit only as a function of countering the impacts of chronic deficiency...

Sustained high doses of D once deficiency has been countered... is more likely to be a major health risk...

"More is always better"... is not true... vs "moderation in all things" in context... allowing a moderate excess in countering a moderate deficiency...

So, when your teeth fall out... and your kidneys fail... might want to throttle back ?

What is vitamin D toxicity? Should I be worried about taking supplements?

How much vitamin D is too much?
