Not significant. Besides, is there a better treatment for this deadly disease yet?
We know very well that complications will happen with treatment. Probably, as I have stated previously, the greatest question is, what will happen to patients on whom the P450 Cyt is blocked for extended periods (maybe as long as 10 years)
Bottom line, until PIs came along, and were used in combo Rx, the death rate did not drop. So, what is better, more fat, or dying?
