Every place in the world is different. Even within the US itself. But that doesn't change the fact that the American police is way undertrained and underpaid compared to every other modern country. And as a result of this lack of preparedness, the police here are far more murderous than anywhere else in the G8...violence being the refuge of incompetence and all that... You've been trying to skirt around this issue. Is it that you believe the police can do no wrong? Or that you dispute the value of training and experience?
