Gold price normally recovers following options expiration smackdown, sometimes it retakes the level from which the smackdown occurred. This time I am not sure because of the divergence with the dollar. I would not bet on recovery, but,but,but early December or late November is a seasonal low. It could keep going into mid February (seasonal high)
