I think the first thing you have to deal with in this report is why it takes $3.5M to promote the price of the stock, whatever that means (a web page?). Seems to me that they could have bought back all the stock and just left it at that. I took out an insurance policy yesterday and got the behind-the-counter 10-KSB. If after all this time, they can't be more accountable than that, I've got to put my money somewhere else. The four employees put together take up the $850k that their two buildings generate and the hair care business has declined. Amway makes lots better sense than PELT.
I should have written this yesterday but I was afraid I was missing something. If there's a lesson here, it may be 'even penny stocks have insurance policies'. I just don't see this company as having one.
