Anyone who knows Uttar Pradesh knows that nothing can be fully implemented there quickly. Its about 200 million people .


And this myth about Delhi was being mentioned everywhere in certain circles even before the full scale blowout when people were dying on the road, and there were no oxygen cylinders to be found.
