Badshah, I understand what you are saying but I really feel ALA wanted to enter the US market and "bought" the contract. When a company is large enough, this has little impact on their bottom line and ensures their bid place at the table during future contract negotiations.

I don't think it reflected anything negative about Westell except their small size and limited resources. Of course that's just my humble opinion.
