Another unqualified Biden nominated Sec'y, like Buttijudge. A great or even a good leader can take over a function of which they have very little institutional knowledge and do a very good job. These people aren't even decent leaders. They don't have a clue. These folks reinforce my feelings of superiority. I fight it but can't help it.
