Before trial, based on what the hearing "Commisioner" said, he is sentenced to life with no possibility of release. It's not a usual parole. The presentation, about 16-18 minutes in, gives the reasoning that went in to requesting a "large amount" of $5 million, which the woman presenting that submitted. I listened a 2nd time, but have moved ahead, for now.
