she ought to be able to get into top-rank China schools because she is indubitably qualified, arguably of some talent, if applying, would be doing so as compatriots of HK, and and and ... and reference letters from ambassador, testimonials from aid workers, genuine work in Africa, etc etc etc would get her in

she might lose out on top-tier US schools whenever applying, because of too many reasons

she should be able to get into top-shelf UK schools because she knows English better than vast majority of all English :0)

Let's see what happens. She might apply to some academic schools even as she is heading to school for dance for at least a gap year
