Amazing detail, you've been there!

Work trucks. One of my best accounts I sold 3/4 tons vs 1/2 tons as they had a big rebate on them. He was a hawk on maintenance expense.

Aftre he saw the 3/4 just kept running, he never bought a 1/2 ton again.

We had free packages that put in the driver wall and several side bin packages based of the commercial sic code.

A very solid business friendly marketing package.

I had fun selling and helping businesses run lean.

After a time tested run period, I can see EV's do that so welltoo, based on job application.

At first very few will know.

Actual experience will be important. Then widespread factual training courses to accelerate the knowledge of what works best , most efficiently.

OEM's will be smart to educate customers on those facts, with discounted work packages. What works, and gets told first, will determine the market share with loyalty that sticks.
