I suspect the only way to inflate away our debt is to make the current dollar worthless. That would create a depression - along with an enormous transfer of wealth. If you have good ideas who will be the winners, please let me know… lol. I’m not sure there is one nation on earth that hasn’t blown out its monetary system at one point or other. It doesn’t have to be the end of the world. Some countries do quite well afterwards, others not so good. Not everyone learns. The one thing we may not be able to survive to fight another day is a nuke war. Anything else is ultimately manageable. That said, thanks for the song. Happy Thanksgiving!
