Based on what I know, I’d still recommend vaccinating people who are old and/or have serious health problems. In other words, those at high risk. Why? Because vaccinated seem to have a somewhat milder course when they get infected. Would advise young people not to do it — and no kids. In most cases, there is no point vaccinating those who have immunological evidence of prior CoViD infection.
