According to a source close to the family, SV is believing AI is the
answer to all of humanities problems and has set the course in that direction.

Tech/AI is not the answer to everything, but the problem is they the leaders
of SV believe it is. -nfg-

This conversation breakout covers a lot of ground. If it's too much for a person to watch, the bottom line is that technology is upstream from culture. i.e. the technology is driving culture. Capture the tech ground, and you are in a position to oppose the opposition. So that simplifies things, even if it's a difficult to do
