I like MCHI less than CHN:

On another note, if this new strain of Covid comes to the fore, US stock market is screwed if the Fed gets more hawkish. China will outperform, but that may not be saying much unless the Chinese authorities begin to ease.

I don't like what I saw on Friday in USA. A/D line deteriorating greatly. IWM rolling over the past week.

I did a lot of selling of longs on Friday, late in the session. I have massive profits this year to protect. There is more downside in USA, how much more whether it is 2-3% or 13%-20% remains to be seen. I am looking at key levels on SPX. USA is a very expensive, momentum driven market. There is potentially much greater upside in China than USA in 2022 if Beijing cooperates, granted a big if.

I will have no problem placing over 7 figures in China once I see further confirmation.

I am seeing fewer and fewer opportunities in USA on the long side. I like Semis, SMH and QQQ once correction is complete.

I am sitting on a very huge cash position, looking to deploy more when the time is ripe.
