In order to fully understand what is going on between Ukraine and the Russian Federation, with Vladimir Putin as the President of Russia, one has be fully aware of THE MINSK AGREEMENT, or "Minsk Protocol" as it's sometimes referred to.
I suspect that not many contributors to this Board have even heard of THE MINSK AGREEMENT, which is probably not surprising seeing as the Western, generally Leftist, Press, have painstakingly kept it away from the "general public" because its does not suit their Narrative, and nor does it suit the Narrative of the Demented Democrats and the NEOCONS, in their constant drive and determination to make Russia out to be this "Pariah State" and Vladimir Putin as this "power hungry" entity out to destroy or "invade(?)" Western Europe !!!

But most importantly it must be borne in mind that a RESOLUTION to the MINSK AGREEMENT was Unanimously adopted in the UN Security Council IN 2015 as "RESOLUTION 2202 (2015)."
That makes it part of INTERNATIONAL LAW, and not some "gentleman's agreement" put together on the back of a cigarette packet !!!!

And that last paragraph, with its highlighted section, is what has caused much of the SHIT because of the INTRANSIGENCE of the current weak, ex-comedian, moronic President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, who is dominated by a group of EXTREMIST, HARD-LINE, POWERFUL OLIGARCHS .... PLUS the Unwillingness of the two major EU Countries, Germany and France, CO-SIGNATORIES of the MINSK AGREEMENT, to honour their OBLIGATIONS in that regard .....
