TO ALL If the nevada permits go through as planned,which i believe they will, there will be no need to have a california plant. If there is a significant delay in getting the nevada permits the plant that was scheduled to be built in nevada will be built in california and process according to the califonia permits.The california permits are purely a backup in case of the unlikely event of there being a problem with the nevada permits. larry macklin
