ROCK and Thread,

FYI, Metro Group is one of the very biggest, if not the biggest retailing group in Germany and Europe. Kind of the European equivalent to Wal-Mart.

I live in Zurich, Switzerland.

As for MPRS, as much as I'd like to see some positive in their EPS announcement, I cannot find any: equity down to $2.4m with another big loss pre-announced for 03/98...

Isn't the brain drain a factor: Sid Meier, Brian ... and the third guy (Jeff... ?) all gone and having founded their own company Firaxis?

I see that they have 5 different development studios: CA, TX, NC, MD and England. That's rather a lot to oversee for such a small company.

I don't have a position in MPRS. I considered going long since discovering the insiders purchases in December, but now I guess I stay out. I used to like Sid Meier's games enormously. $15m revenue in the quarter leading up to X-mas is very bad, IMO. OK, they have new games in the pipeline, but I just don't know.

Thomas
