Brad, Why is SALV anymore "dead" if shareholders do not approve the reverse than if we do? It is only prolonging the agony. If they cannot market or manufacture their technology, do you believe that their rapid tests will be leading edge for long? Ask them how many scientists are doing new R & D? What new products are on line? It is a sure bet that the stock will be back below $1.oo soon after the reverse, if it happens. As I have written before, the only ones who will benefit are people like McLachlan, Tail Wind, & miscellaneous attorneys, certainly not shareholders. Make them do it on their won. Mr. Slowey said that the company was nearing break even. Let's see and make them act responsibly. rl
