My feeling is that WFH, frees up a much greater segment of society.
At least for the next few years, I suspect many companies will go to a hybrid model. 1-2 days/week in office the rest remote. That will limit most people to outer suburbs. My largest current client is transitioning from full remote to 1/week on-site. So far they haven't asked me to come in.
