I like bean when I have BBQ smoked ribs... that's the only time I have beans... The only defense mechanism vegetables have to protect themselves is with the lectin they produce and most all of it is in their seeds... If you remember that umbrella spy assassination in London some years ago when the guy was poked with the tip of an umbrella... The poison used in that assassination was 100% pure lectin... GZ
