Robert, yes ASMLF is unique in regard to having a higher DUV % than the forecasted VSLI mean. It looks like ASMLF is gaining marketshare as a result. I was going from memory in that post.

As it stands now, looks like we can expect a range of 460 - 500 DUV tools to be shipped in 98.
