I saw this [convertable subordinated debenture] as a red flag and got out of WDC all together. I might be wrong, but is this not a "Reg S" filing? I've been burned by these in other (usually very small) companies before. Although I've made a bunch of money on WDC before--it significantly contributed to my house downpayment last year, I'm on to other stocks now. My largest holding as I type is Nextel. Kevin
