IPM couldnt get sign offs because of repeatability of results.. it is a mistatement to say that no one would sign off because of low numbers.. also..IPM got numbers in COC.. i know this isnt the ipm thread..but mistatements about it here shouldnt be unchallenged..all should stick to naxos .. i think the PR was interesting..and certainly needed..thought it more than interesting that they have the South Africans there... with the PR..I cant help but think its just smoke and mirrors a bit..if really was good news..we would have seen a price rise 2 days ago.. the permitting from california is very good news,however..as the enviromental laws etc. have been a worry..seems to me that the state is willing to cooperate..at least for now..
