Another consequence of de-urbanization is that political power is shifting away from major cities to rural areas and small cities. IOW.........population shifts that are now taking place across the country will more and more determine election outcomes.

I am of the opinion that the dims have been manufacturing thousands of votes in the cities for decades. Voter intimidation is also alive and well (by the dims). You also have to be careful of the rise of the rino in suburbs which are just disguised dims...
