I would suggest that you go to the Oilex thread and read the posts dating back to October. I realize that this entails a considerable amount of reading but I believe that it would be worth the effort and might save you money. There is a connection between Oilex and Titan Energy. According to SEC documents, certain principals in Oilex are or have been principals in Titan. One principal has entered guilty pleas to two felony violations of securities laws of the state of Kansas. In addition, he has been involved in a number of lawsuits and has had a number of judgments entered against him. There have been/are a number of unanswered questions involving many aspects of Oilex's operations, financing and business. It is not clear how much influence that this individual has on the policies of Titan Energy. Again, I suggest that you read the Oilex thread.
