Let's hope it is the later, but under any possible interpretation, it is definitely the former.

It may well be worse than a disaster. Until credible explanations are offered, and given management's history, one might be well advised to assume the worst. That is, past revenues have been booked overly optimistically (cooked) -- very possibly SysWiz revenue. And USB was sold because they need the money.

The only "saving grace" is that the market cap was already miniature.
