I've prolly helped care for more dying kids than you have. To me, that's a big number. Another big number is a hospitalization rate of 1.9%. Covid has killed close to 400 kids in 18 months, when you include the 0-4 year olds, while flu killed 325 in the last 3 years, so, yeah, it's a big number.
