There's something that was signed as a compromise to get the budget passed Dec 27, 2020.

Has to do with rescission and the balanced budget act of 1985. Congress agreed to it. (Apparently they also agreed to look into the election and instead turned around and waste time on Jan. 6)

I think if DJT gets back in, he can use it. Maybe? Of course, fraud eviciates everything, according to some smart lawyers. Would be nice to get things corrected sooner rather than later.

Viva Frei and Barnes Law are an interesting combo.
