RE: SOHO & REIT status I suppose we will know more into the new year if the 'test' is the 100 shareholder test and they have 1 year to 'cure'. Still not seeing unusual activity/trading in these preferreds. Both +3% but on little vol. There are over $2/share in owed dividends and preferred +$0.50. My last Buys were in the $14.50/share area. No problem just holding and waiting. Low Risk and High Reward
