Hello Mr. Barker:
I had no trouble shorting IAIC some months ago through a large regional brokerage. However, unlike Zitel, the trading volume is so small that is a significant risk compared to Zitel. I had the stock called away at a small loss last week. I must also qualify that for nearly two months I have not been able to pay much attention to my short positions beyond the daily close and trading range; very risky.
If I recall the story on IAIC, it was 40 guys who through labor were going to come up with orders of magnitude more labor revenues than any other remediation vendor. Further I think the business was clean--they were operating as a business and viable concern. However, the market cap versus practical revenues was the discrepancy. By comparison, Zitel has no reportable remediation functioning, leaving Zitel in its own peculiar extremum again.
Best regards,
mdr
