Lardo is an excuser and apologist for his demented hero, how Lardo has specific knowledge of what Biden is thinking and feeling is slightly cracked.
It doesn't matter if the touchy-feely guy meant no harm and is genuinely a "nice person."

You just don't do that kind of stuff. You just don't.

Doesn't matter if this sort of behavior was acceptable back in the 1950's or whatever. It's absolutely creepy today.

Besides, you can bet that Sharkie would be "outraged" if Trump did it. Since Sharkie hates Trump, that means Trump is automatically guilty of rape every time he touches a woman.
