Seth, Thanks for the response. I guess I just don't quite have a feel for the inner workings. Seems to me Myerson would have investigated and done research on the co. before buying the warrants in the first place. So it seems logical that they would do some investigating before exercising the warrants, especially in a HOT area. If the stock were at gz's 0.81 and Myerson blindly exercised the warrants heads would probably roll, and while granted the bird in hand I would think they would still investigate as to whether to hold another few weeks for another 100 - 200% profit. Therefore, it would seem reasonable they had decided (barring unknown internal dealings) the probability of a Naz listing or the impact of a Naz listing was not worth the wait or is farther off than has been speculated. Like I said I'm a newbie, just the reasoning of the 3 birds in hand vs. an almost certain 4+ birds in 1-2 weeks (certainly no less than 3 birds) would be worth the wait? Is there more info on the Naz listing that I have missed? ed
