good day, Lou - as a StockCharts.com subscriber this is the sequence to populate that chart:

at the Home Page, I select RRG for SPY as the chart style among at least 8 different choices
then
I select S&P 500 industry sector ETF's within the "groups" Pop-Up
then
I select 1 year chart period

Voila ... I will continue to post end of day updates, as time permits
