There's no reason to think any of them (Rosenbaum, Huber, or Grosskreutz) wanted the Cry Baby dead?

Well there was that thing Rosenbaum said twice about killing him if he got him alone.

And when Grosskreutz pointed a handgun (illegal for a criminal to have on him) at Kyles head, before he rightfully shot him - that was just saying hello?
