Excellent presentation by the CEO at Wells Fargo yesterday, highly rec. A couple quick hits;

- CEO has been with the company 3 years. Very sharp guy. Prior jobs at Apple, EBay and Google.

- They have a partner program with most of the major universities. 100's of current members and a backlog of 500 applicants. I think the name is Matterport + Facebook AI dataset.

- Showed an example of Buck's restaurant using Matterport to create an NFT for their property that sold for $440K in crypto.

- Capture Services let's photographers use their Pro2 cameras to be hired to create 3D twins for customers. Available in 80 countries.

- Listing/closing for RE is 31% faster with Matterport.

- 10-18% increase in bookings of rentals when using Matterport.
