I drink this stuff every morning.

Brilliant Beetroot – Cawston Press

The 10% apple juice makes is more palatable.
Great on an empty stomach and I can last a while on just that.

Beetroot being difficult to buy in an uncooked form, and when obtainable, can go off in a fairly short time.

I will get a blender at some point and add the other goodies to it.
