Continuing blaming the rape / abuse trafficking victim. Where in Milwaukee was he paying the Uber driver to fetch her from? Was she being brought back from a "john's" place that Volar had arranged? huffpost.com That was a pretty sympathetic account for her. I can't figure why she was ever charged.
