I am going to tell everyone what is wrong with me in the hopes of hearing back from the medically minded amongst you. I've been in bed for about 22 hrs and I can hardly keep my eyes open.

I think there are two problems. The simpler problem is that I have headache, sore throat, chills and mild fever, and nausea. Plus dizziness and just too weak to keep my eyes open. There are some idiosyncrasies about my physical responses. One them is that in general my body runs warmer than most, but when I am ill or stressed, it gets cold as a corpse. And this is where I am now. I've been fighting something for about a week and last night the battle was lost.

Now onto the big problem. Once a year, I have signs of severe allergy reactions. It starts with my lips getting so swollen so that I feel that my skin is about to burst. At this point I can't eat anything. Then the lips go back to normal and I get hives and rashes all over my arms and sides. They itch and burn constantly. The symptoms appear out of nowhere tend to have a 14hr - 16hr cycle, appearing in the evening and disappear by next noon. This goes on for a month, give or take. The only thing that I have seen common to the episodes is stress.

I have done extensive allergy tests and I am not allergic to anything. One doctor told me that I have some sort random autoimmune allergy whatever that just comes and goes. That is pure BS because the timing and duration are consistent.

My personal theory is that I have had an infection that has never been fully cured. It stays dormant for a year until I am stressed and then pops up. After a several weeks my immune system puts it down but can't fully get rid of it.

Any thoughts are appreciated. Below is a sample picture of what the hives look like.
